The hotel had a few issues with cleanliness in the rooms, as the bedding and towels smelled bad and the bathroom was not well-maintained. On the positive side, it was under reparation, and the staff members were empathic about our situation. Despite the broken window, door, and phone, they tried to be accommodating.
